The Landesjugendring Brandenburg distributes the CO-WC sign as a postcard across its regional youth network, under the title "Toiletten für alle!" — toilets for everyone.
In their own words: the image on the card is never fully legible, always in motion. It can be used as a restroom sign and serves as an entry point into conversations about gender diversity. The cards are handed out at events or sent on request, with youth associations and youth work given priority.
Several editions have been produced. The sign is credited to the project on the organisation's publications page.
