The driving forces behind CO-WC are Paul Jonczyk and Shinhee Jonczyk. Paul studied philosophy and arts in Karlsruhe, while Shinhee delved into literature and gender studies in Seoul and Berlin. They launched the CO-WC project in Berlin, combining their academic and socio-cultural backgrounds, with the aim of raising awareness about visual culture and promoting openness, diversity, and respect.
